Premium or Basic Photography?

There are two Photography products we provide. HM-REP’s Premium Photography takes multiple frames per image, for them all to be merged and edited. The image from Premium Photography is a better representation of what the potential home buyer will see, as they can view through the window. The Basic photography is a more simple photography product, in which the photographer only takes one frame per image to be edited.

Aerial Photography

Aerial photography is a great way to showcase the proximity of your home to other neighborhood amenities. Whether it’s a park, pool, or community center – Aerial photography allows you to display the property with a completely new perspective.

Twilight Photography

Twilight photography is a series of photographs taken at sunset to highlight the beauty of your home. Add to your listings and showcase the home to a wider range of customers.

Virtual Staging

The look and feel of a property plays an important role in attracting buyers. Virtual Staging let’s you take advantage of the beauty of a staged home, without the headache and expense of home stagers. If the property is vacant, we can virtually stage the image to give it the feel that you want to portray.

What We DON’T Do:

  • Make any adjustments which would be misleading to buyers or result in an inauthentic representation of the home.

Digital File Delivery

We’ll upload both low- and high-resolution versions of your images to a filesharing portal and send your access details within 24 hours of the shoot.

  • Low-resolution (Lo-res): Ideal for use in digital/online applications such as MLS, email, and social media
  • High-resolution (Hi-res): Ideal for use in print applications such as brochures, signage, and print advertising

Strapped for time? We can upload the photos to your MLS listing for you! Please allow 24 hours from receipt of MLS link for posting.

How Long Does It Take?

Here’s an idea of the amount of time you can expect a photoshoot to take (note: these times are approximate):

Daytime/Standard Shoot

  • 1 hour for 0-1,500 sqft
  • 1.5 hours for 1,501-3,000 sqft
  • 2 hours for 3,501+ sqft

Twilight Shoot

  • 1 hour for most homes, weather-dependent
